This is the official web site for the Jersey Gambling Commission. The site contains all relevant information relating to application forms, public consultations and news releases relating to all forms of remote gambling, land-based commercial gambling and social and charitable gambling in Jersey.

For those unfamiliar with Jersey, the Island is located in the Bay of St Malo to the northwest of France and is the largest of the Channel Islands.While relations between the Islands are cordial, Jersey is a separate jurisdiction to Guernsey and Alderney, who have their own distinct legislation and licensing regime.
