The Jersey Gambling Commission

The States has adopted the following Regulations which are in force from 1st January 2013.  The Gambling (Charitable and Membership) (Jersey) Regulations 2012 govern the operation of charitable (including Club and Society) gambling and also membership gambling.  The Gambling (Ancillary and Miscellaneous) (Jersey) Regulations 2012 govern the provision of commercial gambling services to other businesses, also known as B2B services.  There are a number of different permit regimes in force under these provisions and the various application forms and other provisions can be accessed here (application forms and codes of practice).

The CI lottery Regulations remain in force, but do not form part of the Commission's remit.  If you have a question regarding the CI Lottery, please contact the Economic Development Department.
